Poor assistance
I contacted Mvula Technologies to request a quote for a power cable for our business Epson scanner. I got their number on the Epson SA website as a supplier. Phindile assisted me and took down all my details, only to find when I contacted her back the next day that she seemed to have no clue where my details were. I had to give my details to her again, and reiterated that i needed an answer a.s.a.p as this was an urgent request. I specifically asked her to keep me updated on this matter. I didn't get feedback from her for 2 weeks. I contacted her back only to find out from her she could not assist me because Epson SA cannot supply this item, which i think is untrue. It's poor that you have to contact a business back to give them business.
