Refund for the bag that was not delivered
Hi , I bought 4 items online which was two skirts and requested them in black but received brown, a shawl and I bought also prada bag but it was not in the package and I contacted them regarding the bag and they insisted that it was in the package and they end up saying they will refund me but up to date they no longer answer my calls and told me not to but from their shop as they don’t want such complaints. They are even rude

I have never had such a terrible experience with an online shop as I did with this one. I've been stuck with a parcel that needs to be exchanged for over a week now, despite paying for a courier. The lack of communication is appalling—I had to repeatedly chase them for updates, and even then, they often ignored my messages. Their lack of a proper call center is shocking; all communication is through WhatsApp, where they frequently blue-tick you without a response. To make matters worse, they outright refuse to provide refunds, leaving me stuck with poor-quality clothes that don’t even match their advertised sizes. The exchange process is unnecessarily complicated and has turned into a complete nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. The lack of accountability, poor customer service, and subpar product quality make it a truly frustrating experience. Stay away.

Do not waste your money on this clothing store
This retail shop is the absolute worse they are very quick to take your money but can not deliver on there promise. To day I'm still waiting on my refund from the when they told me that what I've bought is out of stock

my_choice_trading_kmp refuses to refund me my money
I ordered clothing items on the 28th of June from my_choice_trading_kemp ,their delivery days are 3-4 days ,weeks went by without me receiving my parcel ,no follow up on their side or nothing whatsoever,i enquired for a refund last week and till today ,a guy named Samir from the business is sending me back and forth ,and still have not received my money

Useless service
Oh wow! I don’t even know where to start with their customer service. It is horrible, and they are incredibly rude. They don’t know how to treat customers. I placed an order for black pants, and they decided I deserved brown ones instead. When I inquired about the wrong color delivery, they said they would send a courier to collect the incorrect item. I had to call them to follow up, but to date, no exchange has been made. To make matters worse, they blocked me on WhatsApp. Completely useless service.

Undelivered parcel
My choice trading shop must be closed in South Africa,,even that Mahomed guy very rude when you ask about your parcel he even sweared at me. They don't respond to your WhatsApp even if you can see that they are online. Even now haven't received my parcel and he blocked me

I bought two items from the website which was confirmed by My Choice Clothing on the 27 May 2024. Upon order confirmation a lady WhatsApp me to inform me that one of the items that I have ordered is no longer resulting a forfeit . This is not my first experience with this clothing company which I had to be forced to pick something else due to OOS. I requested a refund due to OOS which is due to me given that the fault is on their end. This clothing store shipped 1 item and cashed in on my money for the item that they couldn't supply me. The lady who's handling their WhatsApp line was very rude to a point that she put the phone on my ear. I'm very disappointed to the service I received given that this was not a first time incident. I wouldn't recommend buying from this online store with your hard earned money, they don't respect their customers, they are all in just for the money and don't care if you are to be reimbursed what is due to you!! They have since blocked me. *****!!

Purchase At Own Risk
Placed an order on the website that was seamless however when the items arrived I was in for a rude shock. Ordered B stockings:https://mychoicetrading.co.za/product/balenciaga-highquality-stocking/ but received VL stockingshttps://mychoicetrading.co.za/product/lv-gucci-stocking/. Ordered a leather jacket with a belt but when the item arrived it had no belt and I was told to look at the image which does show a belt and no belt styling image imageshttps://mychoicetrading.co.za/product/leather-trench-coat/ Contacted the store and the first communication was to exchange the stockings but later the store wouldn't take my calls and became very rude. Place an order at your own risk. In the first order I received the wrong colours and items and most of the other items were out of stock
