I asked for assistance from this company. They haven't done anything for me in a span of 8 years. I've emailed, I've tried calling, and I got no response from them...EVER. I want them to remove me from their books, and remove themselves from my ITC. It's pointless having them, when they haven't done anything to help me in any way, shape or form.

My Debt Assist based in Cape Town is the worst debt review company. They misled me by telling me that I could remain under debt review even though I was unemployed. I used my UIF funds to pay them, without being informed that an unemployed person cannot be under debt review. Their agent communicated with me using her personal email address. The company never answers their landline calls or emails and is only reachable via WhatsApp. The owner, Washeema, does not respond to emails at all, which raises serious concerns about what is happening within the company. None of my creditors accepted the proposal, yet My Debt Assist never informed me of this and failed to respond to emails from my creditors. Due to the negligence and lack of communication from this company, I nearly lost my house and my car.

A negative 1000 out of 5 rating is more fitting. When I finally decided to answer their continuous/daily automated spam calls stating "Your loan has been approved". I selected the option to speak to a consultant in order to very firmly demand removal of my existence from their systems, their system's systems and their to NEVER call me again. I have never in my life app**** for a loan anywhere. I asked this excuse of a man where they got my details from and he said from RCS. He then rambled on explaining the offer so I humoured him because he couldn't even explain the offering properly after I asked for an example of what they offer. Without answering, he asked if my ID starts with "83" and then he can access my records. I clearly stated that I first need an example and won't confirm any personal details. He suddenly mentioned that I owe money on my cred card and to Liberty (which I don't and where I only have a Retirement Annuity). To put him under some pressure I told him I actually own at least 12 credit accounts, all of which is paid off (always using the 6-month interest free options), that I have never in 21 years missed a single payment and have a credit score of 95/100. His F****ng response was: "OH, WELL GOOD FOR YOU!" and then up. 5 Minutes later I got an SMS stating that I gave consent to them to request my credit report. So they did have my ID number, used it without my consent and accessed my credit report, also without consent and will now affect my well earned excellent credit record! Today, I will dedicate an hour to ****/bull****/lie my way till I reach his extension and I will only need 5 seconds, after which he will kindly excuse himself from work that day to curl up and cry on his bedroom carpet. A thousand page document will then be delivered to his home that teaches manners, morals and human decency. I will find you and your **** 10-minute voice, and especially your 3-second demon obsessed true voice. Then I will find your mother and find out if she is responsible for your complete disregard to humans or if you are simply useless all by your own self. Then... I am coming after you guys, my dear MY DEBT ASSISTANTS. And RCS... YOU ARE NEXT! Stay safe now...
