A major red flag for me was that the refund came from Bhavna and her husband Amrish Bassoon’s personal bank account rather than through the business.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with Bhavna and Amrish Bassoon. Their properties are still listed on Property24, and in my opinion the rental pricing is significantly above market value.
