I sent a TimeX watch that was under warranty for repairs 5 months ago to Treger Brands and to date I still haven't received it back. At first i was told that they cant fix the watch and i am suppose to pay 700 for a replacement. I have been trying to get hold of the manager there by the name Paulla for the past 3 months without success. I call her office every second day and leave messages but she never calls back. The receptionist is also not very helpful as she just transfers calls and they bounce. When i ask them to pass the message to Paulla they say i must keep calling her. I just want my watch back nothing else. The supply something they can't fix, and charge customers for replacements?
