Ubsurt cancelation fee of 17thousend

Before lockdown we did sing up as you feel heavy pressure to do so on a night with them at confrens. So when you want to cancel the people you sign up with does not work there any more and you stuggle to cancel. So after a year they contact you and here is the catch you have an 17k canselation fee that you need to pay ... for what you never used them or phone or ask them any thing. The stupid booklet you recieved doesn t cost that much as i think it will cost R300 max to make a book so please inform me why 17 thousend to cancel if you had lockdown for a year and could not travle then when you cancel you are the bad one and need to pay that steep amount. I refuse to pay that amount as they did no work for me and i revied no special treatment from them . Now they want to take me to a lawer to get the money well good luck in this time of age no body have luxury money just sitting and waiting to be paid on nonsens. Take me to court if ypu must but my baby girl and her life and well being comes first. I will tell the world not to take a stupid contract as this is daylight robery from people who not even used your service once. Numerous accounts i try to cancel to get a dead end and then finaly someone and then being told 17thousend cancelation no ways people stay away from this place they just want your money
