Myaa Auto's has still not fixed the issues on the vehicle as per warrentee agreement. To the next person that wants to buy by them, please think twice!!! I have been waiting since December to get my car sorted out and im still waiting. Myaa Auto's dragged out my warrentee and now im sitting with more then R20000 worth of faults on this vehicle. Myaa Auto's you really suck. My first and my last time making business with you

Maya Auto Goodwood after service!!! I notified Maya Auto about faults on the vehicle that I bought by them, on finance with a 1 month/1000km warrentee and Maya Auto's Dragged out my warrentee in order not to fix the faults on the vehicle. Now im still struggling to get it fix by them. I took the car for a major service and this is after they said " But we did service the vehicle sir" and turns out they never did. Maya auto's also took parts of the vehicle and confirmed that they did it and not replacing it and I must fix it out of my own pocket. But the car was on warrentee... Please Help anyone what can I do to get this sorted??

Traded my BMW to MYAA auto in May. Up until today, the Vehicle has still not been settled. Been back and forth with this people. All focken useless up until the owner. Banks have been trying to get through to them, I've been there a few times to try and sort it out. This damaged my name to put it lightly On the verge of losing a property myself and my family have been busy with and working towards due to the INCOMPETENCE of this dealership Definitely taking it further, feel free to reach out

Traded my BMW to MYAA auto in May. Up until today, the Vehicle has still not been settled. Been back and forth with this people. All focken useless up until the owner. Worst worst dealership ever!!! I traded my Polo Vivo in June 2025 and Nedbank phoned me to confirm that they have not yet even requested a settlement for the account. It has been 4 months and the new car I brought and the Polo are both being debited and I have not yet received my money back from them. Utter ****s and ****mers. Money hungry people with no sense of customer service. I'm deeply disappointed and I'm laying a complaint with the Ombudsman

MYAA Auto does not care about Customer Service. They sell the car as it came. I bought a 2014 Golf 7 TSI from them on 28 Jul 2025. by 27 Aug 2025, I notice that the car's engine is smoking and is consuming oil a little more than normally. I told them but nothing is done about it. the break starting to fail. I took the care back to them. they tool 4 days to fix the breaks but did nothing about the smoking engine.

MYAA Auto does not care about Customer Service. They sell the car as it came. 🚨 DO NOT – I REPEAT, DO NOT – BUY FROM MYAA AUTO 🚨 This is the worst dealership experience of my life. Especially for young, first-time buyers: RUN. In March 2025, I bought a car from Myaa Auto, and I was promised the world. I was told, “This car is perfect for a young lady like you – it’ll keep you safe, reliable, no issues.” As a first-time buyer, I believed them. I was genuinely excited. I trusted them. But that trust was abused, disrespected, and ultimately, shattered. Now, just FOUR MONTHS LATER, the car has completely broken down — engine failure — and is undriveable. The image below? That’s my car being towed… not by them, but by my OWN insurance. Why? Because Myaa Auto refused to help. When I contacted them, they coldly told me their warehouse was “too full” and it would take WEEKS before they could even look at the car. No sense of urgency, no responsibility, no concern that a young woman had just been left stranded. I was forced to push my own car to a safe spot, alone. Not a single courtesy call, no tow truck, no offer to assist. We called the boss directly, hoping to get real help — and I was met with disgusting disrespect. I was spoken down to like a child, dismissed, and then had the phone put down in my face mid-sentence. Who does that to a customer? We’ve sent multiple emails detailing that the car is broken and requesting urgent assistance. We included everything — proof, concerns, even the terms of the contract. No reply. No action. No accountability. And to make matters worse — and this is IMPORTANT — I have a signed 6-MONTH WARRANTY that covers mechanical and electrical faults. They are now blatantly denying that, claiming this is “just wear and tear.” How can an engine failure after four months of use be normal wear and tear? This is NOT a dealership. This is a money-hungry, *********, careless operation that has absolutely no regard for their clients once they’ve been paid. They are not professional. They are not ethical. They are not safe to deal with. ⚠️ If you’re considering Myaa Auto, save yourself the trauma, the money, and the heartbreak. They will sell you a lemon, make promises they will NEVER honour, and then disappear when you need them most. I trusted them, and they failed me on every level — professionally, mechanically, and morally. They are a danger to vulnerable customers, especially young or first-time drivers who don’t deserve to be taken advantage of like this. 💬 Please share this. My son received a notice to evict his accommodation because he could not afford to pay his rental due to debit orders still being deducted from his account. Myaa Auto owner could not be reached.
