Bad bad aftersales service...

The owner, for the last year always gave me one promo code to use to get discount. I order a lot from him. But now u have to call him or whatsapp him to place an order. What if 10 ppl wants the same box and i whatsapp him and other people ordered from the website, and the next morning when he gets in there is only 7 available. How will i explain that to my clients. Secondly, i order boxes from the website like a week ago. 2 was for a client and 1 was mine that i wanted to sell to another client who wanted it as an xmas gift for her daughter. I Whatsapped him after 8am and send him pics and a long voicenote. His phone has been off the whole day. How do i order online then or through him if his phone has been off the whole day. I company cannot operate like that.
