Appalling service from MyVoip Communications - SCAM ALERT Upon signing up with this communications company, we were promised efficient internet and customer service as well as a 10mb line and have now been told that this is a 5mb line and this line is shared between 20 people. To date, none of the above has been received. Services are suspended before payment due dates, offices closed without communication to customers, incompetent technicians (Rafique) are sent out to assist, calls are never returned, both from call centre agents (Akshay) up to regional managers (Sameer). My parents have been with this service provider for the last 3 years and have experienced nothing but grief every month without fail, if not daily. Funds are paid, sometimes up front and services disconnected without hesitation, BEFORE PAYMENT DUE DATES. IN A MONTH OF 30/31 DAYS, internet connectivity is provided at most, for half the month or less. The service level is non-existent and disappointing to say the least, customers are not heard and treated in an unprofessional manner both telephonically and in person. What happens to the elderly that do not have a voice/platform to air their concerns and how long will this go on for? This company is scamming the community and it’s clients, we are paying for a service without receiving what we are paying for!!! MyVoIP we need answers!!!

Not even worth one star...we got our own installation and we took a WiFi with this company . Our payments to this company is not even delayed we pay on time . In a day the WiFi goes on and off . How do companies like this run and make money but no services .

Terrible isp. Poor latency systems , ďowntime extends into days b4 dere ppl can figure out *** is goin on ! Costs us muni ! Here cheap is creep ! Im dumping them asap ! Bec every few mnths they claim issues - probably didnt pay their account.

I have had no internet since the last 3weeks. I have contacted my voip on numerous occasions.and a ivhave Baan told was sumone will contact me. However I had been debited a full months installment and requested this to be reversed as we had no internet for the month. I still have no response Customer service is so pathetic and poor Staff are incompetent to follow up on customer queries Internet lines are always down and slow I will be leasing with my legal team regarding this with cost to my boip communication As they have clearly refused to assist me in any manner what so ever. Please do not get this network provider.very bad service

I cannot believe this company is still in business. I have just cancelled my service after about 2 years of endless issues of paying for internet and not having it as consistantly as the debiit order goes off. Just went another 24 hours without internet and as I type this..no internet again. Sent a complaint to Icasa and they dont give a f**** either. Just sad how this is just accepted. Unf****ing believeable. Please dont use this company, honestly save yourself the hassle and frustration and your money.
