Attestation money taken for services not rendered
I would advise against anyone wanting to do Attestation with this company.
I deposited money into their account to start of my Attestation with them on the 20 April 2022. I was the one who kept on asking them how the process is going thus far. Only to be told on the 3th of June nothing has been done on their side.
I requested refund on my money that was paid, only to be told that they are deducting money for Transcripts, admin and bank charges. Bare in mind the money that they are deducting me for is work they never did for me.
I highly don’t recommend anyone who wants to do Attestation with these company as they take your money. The is no such thing as a full refund back. Be warned, don’t do Attestation with them, you will regret it. As I have paid for a service that I never got from them.

14 Jun 2022, 14:59We have noted the feedback from one of our client who wanted us to process his Educational documents for use in Qatah and due to delays from different departments certifying her documents, she eventually cancelled on the last minute when SAQA had responded. please note the following process.
The client documents had to be processed at Notary, High court, SAQA, DIRCO, and Qatah Embassy an Note The official
According to official communications from SAQA, it takes 21 days or more to process a request and our client was kept on being updated on this progress to the extent that the client decided to approach SAQA office due to such a delay to request an urgent response which was not successful.
When we submit any document to DIRCO (Department of Foreign affairs it takes 4 to 7 weeks for officials to start processing any document
And it takes 3 to 4 weeks to get a response from the Qatar Embassy after submission.
The above process works in sequence were you complete one certification in order to go to another office
The client was informed of the above timeline and where we got delays we communicated. In instances where we experienced a No response and she inquired we provided the s.
At the time of cancellation we had processed her Transcripts At Notary, High Court and DIRCO Certification and we had just received a response from SAQA which would have taken another 21 days or more.
In our possession we have the Certifications completed with some departments, a response received from SAQA, communications we had with the department since the day of approval, Communications between the Client and our office and receipts of payments we had done to offices which require payment before Certification. Such payment had to be paid from the deposit we received from the client including the administration fees.
And the client expectation that we should have worked for FREE until the final Certification or else we forfeit the money we had already spent on her documents if she cancels is regrettable
Due to confidential clause we strictly do not share such private documents on any social platforms unless the owner gives us a written permission to do so for the work we had already completed on cancellation.
Mzansi Communication is not a government depart but works as an agency to assist clients to process their documents at different offices and embassies. Though we do anything in our power to process the documents as quickly as possible, Any delays cause by the Department rules is beyond our responsible as we can not force the departments to work on all applications we receive.

Also in terms of keeping one informed of what was happening please share the proof as on my part I was the one who asked about my documents since the day I made the deposit.
As for working for FREE, that was never my intentions. I was informed by your office that I am been charged for Transcripts work been done at DIRCO, if that’s the case why was the paperwork not shared with me? I would gladly pay for something that has been done.
The reason SAQA responded to you guys was the initiative I made on my part when I found out what was happening. I have proof of that on my side. Regarding the time frames that was given for everything to be done I was aware of it.
The issue still stands, your office does not inform a client of what’s happening until you as a client start querying. If you have proof that I was kept on the loop without me asking, please do share.

Please reconfirm if such document is not part of your request and you would like our office to share such private information to the public.
Our office communicates only when there is a delay from the departments attestation section beyond the prior given days
The fact that when you communicated to SAQA you found out that, we were already communicating with SAQA office is more proof that indeed we were not sitting but working on your document and such service would not be expected to be FREE.
Yes, we have to admit, there is a delay from most of the departments since the outbreak of the COVID-19 and in which most department's employees work at their homes and our office communicates when we have any new update from the submission done but such delays is out of reach and the only solution we offer is to continue pushing the applications we submit and any cancellation we get from the client does not either do any good as we have already incurred costs to process at the various offices.
We are doing everything possible on our part to meet our client's needs but where delays from the departments has caused inconveniences, we do apologies and we can still do whatever possible in our power to assist you to complete the process if we can be given another chance by you
