Wost agency ever!!!

Mzanzi holiday is a group that over promises and under delivers. I got ********** my free holiday the first year, and mind you I have never been late or mixed a payment. They always booked you and the most resist place and then they'll tell you they can't do anything about the location or hotel you're in. It is the wost agency ever.
