Mzansivoice: ****mers!

I have registered with them and completed enough surveys to build up points. When I got to 100 points, I tried to redeem it for a voucher, but it just said "Not available". I have asked them about 10 times or more what must I do to redeem the points, but they just ignore me. Will NOT recommend!
