THIEVES
Victim of Theft at from this company I am shocked that they removed multiple valuables from my boxes during a stressful and rushed move. Belongings to the value of at least R12000 were stolen from me from this company when I trusted them to assist me moving apartments. Definitely can't trust another transportation company after this horrific experience.

MzanziGo left me stranded
If I could I would give this company a rating of 0. I was going to the shop to by a number of major appliances and needed a truck. I made sure that I booked, received confirmation and acceptance of my booking from MzanziGo before I went bought the appliances. I got confirmation that a truck would be dispatched to me within an hour. Once I got the confirmation I went along and bought the appliances and got the store staff to help me move the appliances to the mall exit so that it would be easier once the truck arrived. I waited outside for approximately two hours. During this time I messaged and called MzanziGo for numerous times to no avail. I soon realised that I was stranded outside the mall with appliances and had to make alternative arrangements in a place where I no nobody. Luckily I was able to make a plan. MzanziGo contacted me over 12 hours later asking if I still needed a truck. I found this really unfortunate and disrespectful. I have been an avid supporter of the organisation recommending it to friends all over the country however post this experience I will no longer be doing so

Great experience best movers ever
Only one thing to say and thats EPIC. If there was a tetris world championship, these guys would win it by far. No complaints, super fast and did what was needed. Thanks a lot Jon and his friend (didn't catch his name) were amazing
