Best convenience Engen on the N12
Wow wow wow Engen N12 East Convenience centre in Klerksdorp, what an experience! Friendly staff in the courtyard and once you enter the convenience shop then you are in for a Treat. Two of the best Baristas, Phule and Elsie to make you the best coffee you have ever tasted, and the food, don't get me started, fresh and very tasty, and to top it all off, nice specials. If you ever find your self close to this Engen on the N12, do yourself a favor and stop and experience small city friendliness, at big city style!!

Complain about Sasol employee's poor service at N12
I LEBOGANG MODJADJI WENT TO SASOL N12 ON THE 20TH SEPTEMBER 2022 AT AROUND 18:20. I WAITED TO BE ASSISTED AS THERE WAS ANOTHER CAR, TO MY SURPRISE A GENTLEMAN BY THE NAME OF JOHANNES BALOYI WAS BUSY CHARTING WITH THE GENTLEMAN HE WAS POURING PETROL TO FOR OVER TEN MINUTES FORGETING THAT THERE ARE OTHER CARS. OTHER 3 CARS FROM DIFFERENT TERMINALS CAME AFTER ME AND POURED PETROL AND I WAS STILL WAITING. I ENDED UP COMPLAINING TO THE OTHER GENTLEMAN WHO SAW EVERYTHING AND HE DECIDED TO OPEN ANOTHER TERMINAL SO THAT HE CAN POUR FOR ME. I EVEN LEFT WHILE HE WAS BUSY CHARTING WITH THE OTHER GUY. THERE IS NO WAY ONE CAN TAKE 10 TO 15 MIN TO POUR A PETROL. I USUALLY DON'T COMPLAIN BUT THIS REALLY HURT ME THE MOST AND FELT I SHOULD COMPLAIN. MR JOHANNES BALOYI HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL
