N26 opening an account issues

Worst banking experience of my life with this Bank. opened an account 20 days ago, paid monthly fees (of more than 10 Euro) and still haven't received a bank card. I have contacted their so called "specialist" via their chats who only promise that the card will arrive within 2-3 days. One promised I would have it by Friday and nothing. I now have my money in an account and I can't access it cause they refuse to give me a card.
