I bought two pants and two sweaters for my 1 year old. when i got home I realised that there is a mark on the one sweater. the manager/supervisor instore told me its impossible for the items to have marks. even if they take it for assessment, it will be rejected. I was told i should buy a dye and dye the item. Pathetic service, needless to say I will close my truworths account. One buys quality only for it to be DAMAGED.

Very unpleasant service, I did a layby with the store @ bedford center October, I took the layby out December, only to release my child for a gift of the same item, now when I go in store with my layby slip they tell me they can't assist me, even when I call their customer service very unfriendly not even willing to understand what am telling them.. definitely not buying with them anymore, how can I be stucked with an item I don't need anymore, not to mention that the child won't be around trough out the year.. I've never seen such bad customer service

Good day Supervisor/Manager I would like to commend your staff member Thembi Phuti at Mall of the South for the outstanding service that she provided me on the 4 September 2023. Quality work is like a hidden gem often not found in day to day consumer experiences but I would not be doing any justice for not giving credit where it's due. I am highly satisfied with her phenomenal services. Keep it up Naartjie Mall of the South Regards ( Cindy)

Earlier today I visited the Naartjie store in Clearwater to but tracksuits for my son but I also need to exchange sandals that I had bought in November last year because they didn't fit my son and to my surprise I was told that they can not exchange or return after 30 days. I've been their loyal customer for the past 12 years and it was the first time hearing that. The manager was not helpful at all and didn't even care about my concerns and instead offered to give .e the head office's contact details and refused to give me her name and said they are not allowed to tell customers their names. I am disgusted by ther service and the fact that they are not bothered by their customers dissatisfaction. They have a 'I don't care attitude ' this is the worst custoimer service I've ever received. I will never buy anything from them again

My daughter received a gift for her 1st Birthday in July this year, the dress was size 18-24Months. I had decided to keep it for her to use for Christmas. Last month, I decided to try on the dress and noticed that it was small. I went to the Naartjie store in Pavilion today and they refused to exchange it, saying that they only do exchanges within 30 days. I was 'assisted' by a consultant name Nomzama Nzama and she was pathetic to say the least. She didn't even listen to what I was saying and kept telling me that it's over 30 days. I was trying to make her understand that it's impossible to forsee the growth of my daughter and how can I keep a dress, which is R440, and yet she cannot use it because it is small. She then said that there was no one else I could speak to as she is the Manager. I requested to speak to someone higher up and she stated that no one is available for me to speak to however she will call the Area manager. At first, she was very secretive about his details but once I demanded to know whom it was, she said his name is Preston Naidoo. She called him and did not want me to speak to him and he told her that it's over the 30 days and they cannot assist. I tried to explain to her that the back of the tillslip states 'items are generally returned within 30 days' and not only, however she refused to help. I have the original receipt, which was stapled to the tag since date of purchase and the garment has the original tag. Please can this matter be investigated because I refuse to let a R440 dress collect dust in my cupboard. Customer service like this for an international Brand is pathetic. PS: Even the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) allows for a 6 month return policy. I will be escalating a formal complaint to the NCC/CGSO if this matter is not resolved.
