Stay away! Lies, unreliable and refusal to refund deposit

Worst service ever!! More than 2 weeks without an oven (after I paid the deposit) - and all they had to do was replace a dial and an element. Broken communication, and they do not answer my calls. Empty promises and lies! Extremely unreliable (not coming when they say the do) and now they refuse to refund my deposit. Stay away!!
