Naedo Internal Coll Fraud

I have just noticed a debit order from a "Naedo Internal Coll" to the value of R834 without my consent. How do I report and resolve this?

It seems to have been paid to an FNB account and what's worse is I didn't get a notification for this transaction from neither my app nor the transaction notification SMSes was, therefore, unable to block nor reverse it.

This is fraud! I want my money back!
