SCAM!!!

Ordered a satin dress online. It arrived & it was nothing like the pictures!! false advertising at its best Paid almost R500 for a dress that was sewn by a kid & absolutely stinks . I requested a refund. its been 3 weeks, still waiting .All I've received is excuses
