Good day.. Unhappy customer since day 1. So Vuma had my fibre installed outside my gate.. Laying on the floor, because the neighbour didn't want it on her wall.. So they just decided to throw it on the floor, of which I told them vandalism will happen, upon which they said the liability lies on vumatel. So vandalism happened, and they blaming it on my dog, but there's not one dog bite on any of the pipes, so now I hv to pay R900 for reinstallation, of which they send a new quote of R1300.. Is this monopoly playing down in Mitchellsplain because they're the only providers? Their clientele sucks as I am deliberately being ignored, no replies on emails and blocked on whatsapp.. What the **** is it with these people.. Anyone experienced something similar. They must come and remove their **** I won't pay for reinstallation and I have proof that I warned them about installing like that., and even asking them to put it in my yard. Looks like Nano does the quotes

So I applied for a fiber installation and everything was arranged... The guys was here they checked out the job told me that they just going to do a other job and I just had to move a few things around which I did and when I phoned the guys who was supposed to do the job to let them know I am ready they said they don't know if they coming back this way after they let me prepare the area it didn't even take me 5mins to accommodate them I even took a day off from work so I can be here to assist them.... They hung up on me and didn't answer the call again now I don't have any way of contacting them so now I'm spending unnecessary money trying to get in contact with them... What I am most upset with is the people doing there installation they are plain lazy and unprofessional how can they allow people like that to work for them don't they care about the service they provide or how this impact there company.... Really poor service

This is as much about Vumatel as Nano Fibre. If Vumatel are going to appoint a sub-contractor then Vumatel must take responsibility for their choice. All of the other reviews tell how bad Nano Fibre is. I don't know how they stay in business. They owe me money for work paid for but never done. Stay away from Nano Fibre, and put pressure on Vumatel to get their act together.

This is as much about Vumatel as Nano Fibre. If Vumatel are going to appoint a sub-contractor then Vumatel must take responsibility for their choice. All of the other reviews tell how bad Nano Fibre is. I don't know how they stay in business. They owe me money for work paid for but never done. Stay away from Nano Fibre, and put pressure on Vumatel to get their act together.

If this is the company that contacts you to reinstall fibre as a sub-contractor to the infrastructure companies e.g. Vumatel - ask for another service provider. You cannot get hold of them on the phone; they book and confirm appointments and then don't pitch; then pitch without warning. My fibre has been down now for more than two weeks; I paid Nano fibre (as the self stated sole installer for the area) the required installation fee more than a week ago - they booked a time to reinstall and cancelled hours before with no real coherent explanation; we rebooked the time and the Technician phoned me to say he couldn't come because of rain; now I have heard absolutely nothing from Nano fibre again. What a ridiculous company - I cannot believe that this level of service is acceptable them. How on earth do they stay in business - oh that's right they insist on upfront payment, don't do what they are supposed to; then keep your money. All I want now is a refund.

Absolutely pathetic service..waited 5 months after we had paid..for them to come and do installation! Now waiting over 48 hours for a password!!! What they didn't forget was to make sure they sent me billing information! Call centre permanently rings! No answer terrible service!

What seems to be the delay, can you get this right? Please schedule a time in which you call and confirm. Don’t call when it suits you, but rather call at my convenience. Please can this matter be escalated to a manager so that I am not forced to interact with Lesego Skosana. Lesego does not respond to emails on time and his/her quality of service is poor to be honest. Please sort this out as a matter of urgency. Surely this can’t be Afrihost. Afrihost, Vumatel and Nanofibre 7th Dec morning – No wifi, logged a call – ISP 615134 8th Dec afternoon – tech came out from Vumatel – after numerous messages with Vumatel and Afrihost for an ETA and the 2 companies giving different info, the tech just pitched up at the house apparent break in the fibre, he will update the fault to be repaired. 9th Dec morning - started following up with Afrihost and Vumatel for a quote and ETR as I am completely reliant on wifi for work. I was given a managers name at Afrihost – Kgabo Chokoe, who assured me they are doing everything they can to help me. had to amend my email address as they had the wrong one for the quote (10am), by 6pm vumatel still did not have the correct address from Afrihost. Kgabo is now blatantly ignoring all my emails and has done since Thursday afternoon. @Afrihost, is this the type of management you employ and promote??? @Vumatel, the only way you can speak to them is via FB messenger and they respond to each message hours later @ Nanofibre (the ONLY company Vumatel authorizes clients to use) I am still waiting for Karabo to call me back after getting cut off TWICE! 9th Dec - she called at 8:30am, the line was bad / the background where she was was too loud and we got cut off. She wanted to schedule for Monday, I told her that I never received a quote. That was all that was said before we got cut off. I never received a follow up call. 10th Dec - I finally received a quote and it was paid and POP was emailed to Gosi Smith by 8am 10th Dec - Karabo called to schedule now for Tuesday next week – clearly I was unhappy as this was now a day later and due to her only calling me back a day later. I did try call back on the number she called – 010 140 0634 and no one answers and I cannot leave a message either. The number on the quote does not even ring and cuts off – 010 500 0874 I have sent numerous follow-up emails to Kgabo Chokoe (Afrihost), Gosi Smith, Marushka Van Aswegen and Karabo (Nanofibre) – all emails have been delivered. I have paid the quoted amount. NOT ONE PERSON HAS BOTHERED TO RESPOND TO ME!!!! All I want is my wifi / fibre back that I pay for every month and now for reinstallation. Never have I experienced such disgusting lack of service from a company!!!!
