Naomari Worst Possible
A complete con. Misleading in the extreme. The clothes I received from Naomari were dreadful quality. Overpriced by 4x. The fabric was unwearable. You would get 10x better quality at 20% of the price from Pick 'n Pay Clothing

False advertising, sneaky tactics and **** return policies!
I don't even think 1 star is even deserved! False advertising, sneaky tactics and **** return policies! When I put my credit card details in, the payment went through and a window popped up advertising another similar product to the one I just bought... Little did I know that they added this other item onto my purchase (which I hadn't selected) but which I had to (apparently) UNtick to NOT buy, which caught me off gaurd and suckered me into buying the product when I tried to close that window. I complained immediately and was told "apologetically" they could not reverse the order but as soon as I received it they would arrange collection and a refund. Of course when it arrived, I was subsequently told that they don't return swimwear items. What a ****! and definitely not in Cape Town...Shein white labeled...if that!. Don't fall for them!

dishonest business
Do not buy from this company they are dishonest, I bought a 4XL cotton shirt that would not fit a 5 year old child. False advertising. Then they refused to take it back and refund me. Clearly a ****, it is a disgrace what they are doing do unsuspecting public.

Beware this **** website
One of the worst purchasing mistakes ever! A bunch of Chinese con-artists. For starters they will not adhere to any requests, in fact the responses seem AI generated. The clothes once delivered do not replicate the website photos at all: made of very poor quality thin polyester fabrics, and badly made. Unwearable. Returning the awful clothes to China costs another fortune for the courier, plus import taxes, which hardly makes it worth it - but decided to do it as a matter of principle, just to find out the address they provide does not exist, neither does someone pick up the phone on the number provided. The couriers were frantic. Do not make the same mistake I made and be deceived by the beautiful photos, the reality is very far removed. They also generate several other **** websites under different names, serving ads for the same clothes.

****mers from China. Do not be fooled Naomari Cape Town is out of China. This would be fine if the dresses looked like the ads. The fabric is cheap and nasty and nothing like the pics!! The return policy is absolute *******. You have to return the goods to China!!! Nobody can be assed to do that so you just give up!! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! I can’t believe I fell for it.

They advertise on their website 'shipping same day' - it's been 11 days and waiting They tell you they take 1-3 days to fulfill your order - it's been 11 days and waiting All the items I ordered said IN STOCK- now a week later they tell me there's some items not in stock and they do not cancel items after it's been ordered! Wish I could give a 0. These people are dishonest. Their products are NOT from South Africa. They are merely agents for Shein/Temu and sell the clothes at inflated prices. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. And if you want to return the clothes, it has to go back to China.
