Unfair legal Attorneys
Good day I am not happy with the way you guys operate and with the way i am treated. Your office never communicate with me only when i have to pay that is when i get a call You received the notification for a pre trial all you did was to send me the same mail you got I had to book leave at work to attended as i thought that i need to be there I was only told that i am not supposed to be there after i called you guys 10 time with no response and on the day of the trail the next thing i am told that you have appointed some legal team to take you place but i was not informed nor did i agree to this befor hand and in time The next thing i get an invoice of 3000 for me to pay . If i remember the telephonic conversation i had with Mr Govender was that i need this to be done and cleared and we can give her what she wants but non of my instruction were done I fill that my metter is not taken very seriously and i wander if the is a difference between the cash i pay and the cash others pay or are they more rich than me Mr Govender does not keep to his promises as he said he will call when he gets to the office before the trail and he never did He said he will send me an email the next on Wednesday after the pretrial but he never did only a week later after a number of calls and after i had a fight with my x wife regarding the postponement i did not know about and that made me to really looked like a fool all thanks to you and this is not the first time as the other time a meeting was arranged and i was not told i was called by my x wife lawyer asking me if i am coming but i knew nothing about the meeting Than you ask your self how are you going to win the case if the people representing you do not take you seriously. I relay fill it is not fair and professional .
