Dishonest dealership
Absolutely shocking and unacceptable experience. I purchased a bakkie from this dealership, trusting that I was dealing with professionals. Only after the sale did I discover that the vehicle is a salvaged (code 3) vehicle — something that was NEVER disclosed to me. This is not a small detail. A code 3 vehicle has virtually no resale value, and I have since been informed that financing such a vehicle raises serious legal and compliance concerns. Yet this dealership had no problem arranging finance and taking my money. This feels like deliberate deception. Key information was withheld, leaving me stuck with a vehicle that I cannot properly sell or trade in. This dealership clearly does not operate with honesty or transparency. Buyers beware — do NOT take their word for anything. Do your own full checks before even considering purchasing from them, or you may end up in the same situation. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Con Artists selling Messed up Cars.
Bought a car from them, and 6 months later the car started giving issues. Only to find out that the issues the car had before purchase was never sorted out. When my stipulation for the sale was if they were sorted out I would purchase. I have spent over R16000 on repairs and the car just gave more issues that need to be sorted out now. And Nate's is just no help saying there is nothing they can do to help. And to make it worst I traded in my polo which never cost me this much money to maintain. And I purchased the vehicle because it is safer and wouldn't need expensive maintenance for a long time. Pathetic bunch of con artists who will say and do anything to get the sale. NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
