Beware of this company. We paid this company an amount of R3 800.00 after selling my step-son a service clearing his name on ITC After informing Siyaya that we are going to report this matter as *****, he blocked our contact details. We have reported this company and Mr Siyaya with our bankers and a full ***** investigation and black listing are in the process. We are opening a ***** case with the SAPS, Hawks and NCR Please check regulatory authorities before you become a victim.

Forcing client into debt review
I started a debt review process but never completed it due to not understanding the process and not agreeing with the t's & c's. I have informed both Roche and Anastasia that I am not happy and also that I need to think before I proceed. I contacted them the next day via email saying I will not proceed. They are now refusing for me to cancel this process. I am currently stuck with no way out of it as they are also refusing to make contact with me.

National Debt Advisers (NDA).
because of financial constraints i applied for debt review at the National Debt Advisors (NDA) and the service i got there was amazing to say the least. i was helped by a Senior Adviser by the name of Thozama Gcinisa who from the word go , treated me as a human being , she did not judge me , instead treated my case with compassion and the urgency it deserved . She took me through the application , step by step ans made everything quite straight forward and simple. now i am breathing a huge sigh of relief financially thanks to the warm and capable hands that welcomed me at the NDA , especially those belonging to Thozama Gcinisa. I would definitely recommend the NDA to anyone who may find him/herself sinking deeper into debt.
