I don't trust these people, the TEAM LEADER ARE VERY ARROGANT AND NOT HELPFULL, their full of threats and keep on adding costs with every call and sms and even on whatsap!! harassing me every damn day!! I've been unemployed for years and cant afford to pay this outstanding account and yet they keep on adding more fees to it!

This company has been calling me regarding a person I do not know and recently sent me a threatening via WhatsApp message about taking legal action against me yet all of the agents I have advised I am not the person they are looking for and number was never verified for person in question.

This people are forcing clients to arrange on prescribed account, they don't follow the law procedures.... they will still call you for the account that doesn't exists which was last paid in 11 years their TM promise to call but never

Disrespectful collector national debt connection
National debt collection I been receiving harassing calls sms and what's app messages from this company first with no verification of account secondly no introduction and lastly they have not followed the popia act rules and regulations a consultant has been what's app me from 0791994637 did not introduce them selves I tried making arrangements due to my financial situation they have no listened to me and respected me refuses to listen to and to be symptoic towards me showed no remorse but only threaten me I have the shot of conversation they have contact my work place with the popia act I give no content the utter rudeness threats on what's app I know my rights please assist me

I pay my phone contract debt every month and every month i am send a statement from a gmail account my balance does not go down every month i receive a statement of an amount of R26 k i have been paying R500 for over a year i called telkom and they cannot confirm that this is my account or any connection to this company

Harassment from NDC National Debt Connection
I don't know how this works with debt collectors The keep on harassing me over email and now on WhatsApp about a Telkom account from the original owner of my property. The number is 0714768572 that sent me a WhatsApp Do your homework and get the correct people before you start harassing people

Constant harassment to pay the settlement quote and then I paid and was told I will get the settlement letter. It's been almost a month now and still have received nothing as they continuously blame their client Old Mutual for not fulfilling the request.

What a joke!
I'm disgusted at the level of unprofessionalism and arrogancy shown by NDC. Claiming to represent their client Truworths they called in saying an amount was being owed for a certain account, couldn't even provide the account number in question. We went to a Truworths branch, even confirmed and received a letter from their legal department that the only account visible is the one which was PAID UP in 2011 and yet they still insist that there is another account opened and used in 2016. Really? So a person's id cannot detail all account active and inactive? WHAT MEDIOCRE COMPANY IS THIS! clearly not on the same page with the company they claim to represent. The harassment, the disrespect, the annoyance by Sheila and Nandipha without FACTS it's appaling.
