I have received my Debt Clearance Letter however i am not getting any help despite numerous emails sent and complaints sent to them. Its been over 30days since iv received my debt clearance letter however after cheking my credit report. I am still under debt restructuring under NDC lawyers. 1st it was miscalculations on payments, being tild different information at the last stage of proceedings 3months prior, now I have since requested an update or clarity but to no avail, emails after emails no response as usual as to why there is still debt restructuring under my name which is not allowing me to pursue my goals unfortunately after working so hard to ensure i start afreshh despite numeorus requests from their advisor Abigail to have all these sorted.

I am very dissapointed with the service i received from NDC, in actual fact they dont make you save money, they make money by you and will get you in more financial difficulties than what you are already in. I joined because i was financially constrained and asked for help, seeing that NDC is one of the country s' largest debt review company, i was drawn to it but not knowing i am throwing myself in to more financial problems. My consultant was Teshlan Naaido, i explained to Him my major debts was my vehicle loan and my Bond and He promised they will lower installments together with interests, to my suprise my bond quarterly bond statement came, the monthly statement was charged more than R11000 thats only for interest, when i called and asked i was told it will go down maybe its because i had outstanding balances, after i received another statements it kept going up until i cancelled the debt review this January. So, long story short, the debt review didnt agree with the bond for interest so i was charged double for my bond because its like i was not paying, From R480000 that i was owing before joining NDC i am now owing my bond R850000, so now i am deeper in debt than i was but they keep on saying they saved many South AFricans, i ask myself who are those because they benefitted from my money while i was expecting help but instead i received hell

NDC promised to help me with my debt yet seens October last year they have been deducting money from my account without delivering any assistance.this feels misleading and unacceptable. As I’m speaking they took double the payment for February.

I am sharing this review to warn others about my experience with National Debt Group. My financial situation was not bad, and I did not require debt review or financial rescue services. Despite this, I was repeatedly contacted and targeted by this company over several months. They presented themselves as a company that could assist with managing repayments and possibly reducing monthly instalments, without clearly explaining the full implications of their service. At no point was it clearly disclosed to me that agreeing to their assistance would result in me being placed under debt review, especially when I did not need to be. I had been responsibly managing my finances and had worked hard to improve my credit record. Shortly after providing my details, I was placed under debt review, which immediately impacted my credit profile. I was declined for credit almost instantly, and I am now restricted nationally due to debt review, all as a result of misleading information and a lack of proper disclosure. Instead of providing genuine financial guidance, this company’s actions created financial harm where none previously existed. I believe their marketing and consultation practices are misleading, particularly for consumers who are financially stable but are led to believe they need this service. I am formally requesting the following: • A full written explanation of how and why I was placed under debt review • Immediate assistance in removing me from debt review • Correction of my credit profile where possible • Confirmation that my personal and financial details are no longer being misused I strongly caution anyone approached by this company to seek independent advice and ensure they fully understand what they are agreeing to before sharing personal or financial information.

Valencia Gounden put my under debt review without my approval, she said i should send her statements and ID's so she can view my credit profile, once i decide i need their help she will assist, if i decline, thats also fine, she then put me under debt review, when i asked her why she said if i want to be removed i should pay their attorney fees, there is no document i signed from them. I have been ****med now by multiple companies they all promise to remove me, baie dankie for the mess you put me in Valencia! I hope in the near future, someone does the same to you
