Good day I like to aware but everyone on south afrixa already knows this department is FULLY *******ED. I dobe compkains and email left,right,center to heard biggest ******* in hearth from Lena L. Bear Nakiseni Ndivheni I asked them to lkease show proof of they slegations in email sended to me. Like every doing lately we never see evidences . They get captured and probaly taking bribes making vulnerable honest hard workers suffer. Same wasting money with kelly kumalo and others. We comunity shoukd not allow thus *****nce at all. Should bd punished very hard for be above FAIR JUSTICE.

NPA wishes to silence survivors
I was ***ually assaulted in 2020 I reported in 2021 providing a multitude of evidence including a confession from my ****** yet the case was still dismissed. This year I decided to appeal that decision and have been met with nothing but incompetence for almost two they have been handling my appeal and only today after multiple inquiries did they tell me my docket is missing. There has been absolutely no communication and every time I call there is another excuse

The Precutor used his powers to sleep with me
Good morning Sir/Madam I hope my voice will be heard, on the 12 th August 2010 i was assaulted by my ex boyfriend. I went to Sunny Side Police Station to open a case, the case was opened they told me to go to Pretoria central Court on the 15th of August 2010. I met Nkosinathi katshelo the Procetutor. I told him that i want to withdraw the case. He said he likes me if i really want to withdraw the case i must sleep with him, i agreed because i wanted to cancel the case. We had ***. It continued up until i got pregnant. He robbed me using the powers of NPA. I thought he is above the law. I have been paying school fees, he was been paying the helper. The child was staying in his house in Pretoria. I work in Mpumalanga Amsterdam. I take the child during school holidays and during weekends when am in Pretoria . The helper used to come with the child to me. In 2020 things changed he said the child will never come to me because he has another kids. I kept quiet but our agreement was i pay the school fees she will pay the helper for our child. Around October 2020 if i am not mistaken he moved to Eastern cape. Then he said i should look for a boarding school for the child. Of which i did, the child is being placed in waiting list. He has a tendency of not answering my calls, i will call for Christmas clothes, winter clothes even for stationery he will never answer and never bother to buy those things. Today i called him, he answered and he said he is drinking alcohol and he will take the decision with our 7 years old daughter. Monday i am expected to be at work, he is so selfish, he thinks for himself. Other parents are buying stationery and uniforms but his Pride is too loud. This guy robbed me, he ****d on to cancel the case. Myself i should wait for him to make his selfish decisions, i do not have a say because he has powers and he can bribe people. <br> I've been trying to send them emails since thursday 30April 2015, but i wasn't going through even their office lines they rang but no one answered. So today i said let me try my luck & see if anyone will answer and they answered they transfered my call to the HR DEPARTMENT then i asked the lady if there's anything wrong with their lines because i have been trying to send them some documents and its not going through, she just said \i dont know what you are talking about because our lines never had any problems"i nisisted that but i have been trying since last week"
