National Trailer Rental | Rocky Drift | No Functioning Electronics On Trailers | Extremely Rude Staff Member
Atrocious service from National Trailer Rental in Rocky Drift, Mpumalanga (Corner R538, R40, Rocky Drift) Trailer electricals not working at all, when I raised this issue with Lazarus I was told to **** off. All I wanted was a trailer with working electronics, but Lazarus did not want to assist, refusing to refund me for the trailer I had just paid for. Eventually Lazarus took the money I had used to pay for the trailer and threw it on the ground for me to pick up. What kind of service is this? Firstly having trailers for rent with absolutely NO functioning electronics, and then when I customer raises this issue, refusing to refund them and then just throwing their money on the ground. I have never in my life experienced such horrific service. Absolutely disgusted.

One way trailer rental
This company advertise one way trailer rental on their Website.and mention having 70 branches. Hower, they issue quotation's conditional to availability and if the branch where the trailer shoud be dropped you off can receive the trailer. They did confirm that they do not have any trailers available. And put you on a waiting list. I do not recomend the company at all,

Misleading: National trailor hire not a true national rental service
We rented a trailor in pretoria(Solomon mahlangi drive) to transport furniture to cape town st helena bay and we were told to drop the trailor off in Worcester which is 200km from where we live eventhough there is a drop off point in vredenburg 19 km from our home. This indicates that this isn't a national trailor service but a business model led around the convenience of the franchisee. I strongly recommend that customers confirm their drop off point and not take the advice of the supplier who j dictated to us that the branch I vredburg will accept our trailor return

Very well run trailer rental business.
I would recommend. I rented a car trailer from them to transport a vehicle that is not running , they were cheaper than most other rental companies and the condition of the trailer was in perfect working order , the license disc is up to date and tires were in a good condition and lights were all working. When I arrived the trailer was ready for me I was in and out with a few mins they loaded the trailer and even provided straps for me to tie down the vehicle I am transporting. Simple and straightforward experience renting a trailer
