Good day My name is Sipho Martin Zitha director of Izinkosi Trading Pty Ltd, I rendered a catering service for the department of health on the 1st of december 2022 and even now I have not been paid. The event was for World Aids Day which I had to cater for 900 people, I was under a lot of pressure as their Purchase orders took time as well but I managed to come through and the event was a success. The day after the event I sent all my invoices and was told that they were sent to finance, 20 days after I was told that there are some forms I needed to fill in from the EIS I filled in the forms and after a couple of days still nothing just before the year ended I was promised that payments will start coming through the 3rd of January 2023 you can imagine the frustration I am going through because I have people to pay and I have run out of reasons now i found someone who can assist me but the problem is with the EIS as they have to register me first and we have been trying to ask them for registration and still they are failing. We are in mid January my staff still has not been paid I am shattered, I have sleepless nights and I am also thinking of taking this matter further. Please assist as I will not be lenient with the department because someone there at the EIS is not doing their Job. They say they serve with Honesty,Humility and Integrity but that is one big LIE!!! Lastly I am quite aware that all this waiting my money is accumulating interest Hope to hear from you soon Regards Sipho Martin Zitha 0814507413

My ****her passed away in February. First we struggle to get any response from them and if you phone the calls go to an dead end. At the end my mother when to them with all the forms so that she can apply for the pension every month. We also hand in the the subsidy papers for the medical aid Gems so that she can get subsidy. I follow up with them on a monthly basis with no feedback. On 06 June someone assist me and said they did not load it. first stating they never received it but she confirmed later that she did received it and forget to load it. She then load it apparently and that the subsidy will be fix with the next run to GEMS. Gems do not want to assist as they did not received the transfer letter nor did we. I follow up on 27th June just to find out that the funds was not transferred to GEMS and they waiting for Treasury. This is now since march that they did not load it and my mother have to pay the medical aid in full. At this point in time no one is comming back to me ito of my query or forward me the approval letter. Why not doing your work the first time correct and paid the money you owe my mother back. This is really unacceptable from our goverment to treat our old people or people without technology.

From the beginning of this month I communicated with Sanlam Glacier asking if my I could be allowed to withdraw my little Living Annuity which currently stands at R181000.00 ( One hundred and eighty one thousand rands) The reason for my request is that I have fallen behind with my Homeloan and I am scared that I could find myself faced with foreclosure. I am aware that the only time that one is allowed to withdraw the full amount is when the balance in R125000.00 ( one hundred and twenty five rands) mine is slightly higher that that. I wouldn't be asking for this balance if there was no urgent need. I retired in December 2018 at the age of 63. The retirement policy of that company is 63 years old, if it was 65 like most companies I would have stayed. Prior to this company I was unemployed and had no income whatsoever. My mortgage was paid by my father who passed away in 2012. I even suggested to Sanlam Glacier that I am prepared to give them my Homeloan details and they are welcome to deposit the money straight into my mortgage I am almost 66 years old, who and where will I get employment? How am I supposed to live in this hard times? I will not at all ask for these funds for nothing or pleasure, I have long passed that stage. I have sleepless nights thinking about this and nobody wants to help me. There are always exceptions to the rules especially for issues of highest importance. I am humbly asking again, kindly review my case. I am really desperate. Kind regards. .

I am writing this review directly to the National Treasury because I have been informed that they are the ones creating rules/ legislation regarding withdrawal of Living Annuties etc. I have a small living annuity with Sanlam Glacier. It is meant to be a ten year term. I took it out in 2019. I am 65 years old soon to be 66 in December. Besides the small Sassa grant that I get monthly this annuity is my other source of income. I retired in December 2018 ( the companies retiment age is 63 years old) I had been with that company for 7 years only. ( 2012 to 2018). Prior to that I was unemployed hence when I retired in 2018 my pension pay out was very little. I have a mortgage bond I took long before 2012 and during the time I was unemployed, my dad was still alive and he helped me with the payments, unfortunately he passed away in 2012, however by the grace of God that's the year I got a job which took me to 2018, meaning that I was only employed for 7 years only. Currently my only income is the Sassa grant. I have other obligations to deal with and I am unable to pay my Homeloan, I am now on a 2nd month of not paying the full installment of my Homeloan. I then approached Sanlam Glacier whom I invested my pension to help me out, either by paying me what's left of my pension or pay the balance straight to my Homeloan. Sanlam Glacier spoke to me a while ago today and advised me that thier hands are tired they follow the process/legislation put by yourselves therefore they cannot realese the remaining balance for anything except if I were to die. Treasure I am humbly asking for your mercy. My home is on a very of being taken away from me, I don't have any other income and I am at the age where I am unemployable. In my plea to them was that even if they release the funds and pay them to my Homeloan directly I would be grateful. I am willing to give them my Homeloan account number and they can pay those funds directly to the bank involved. Currently my Living annuity stands at R181000.00 ( one hundred and eighty one thousand rands only) apparently your rules say one can get the full payout if it's sitting at R125000.00( one hundred and twenty five thousand rands). I am not far away from this figure. Where will I go at 65 years, I don't have anybody else to assist me. Will you kindly reconsider and have mercy on me. Like I said the funds can be made to my Homeloan directly. I baught this house late in life hence I am still paying for it. Thank you.

I had a investment. this mature in July 2021 The account No Is NT00658493 The reason i felt so disgusted and disappointed in the help that i received from the person that was suppose to assisted me with this account did not do this in good faith. I was invested with National Treasury for the past 5 years. i felt that the amount that i invested and was paid out to me according to me was not right. i requested numerous time from Ms Dineo Motshwene for this account to be audited and she always come up with many excuses. I went so far to ask her to refer me to her supervisor and she refuse to even do this . I wrote to Ms Motshwene many times and to date she did not even respond on time. I feel that i was done in by National Treasury as i decline the current amount that was paid out to me and i made this visible in the emails that was written between myself and the representative from National Treasury Ms Dineo Motshwene. I would like to Please refer to the undermentioned communication with Ms Motshwene. Dear mam I trust this email finds you well. Can you please refer me to a another person who is professional and loyal to assist me with auditing above-mentioned account. I sent you numerous emails of which you were not helpful. So I need to raise my voice for the unheard which includes me regarding matters like this. Due to covid-19 protocols we are crippled with service deliveries. Rest assured that this issue won't end between me and you, I will take matters further. There is only one way and it is the right way. Evidence is needed. Consideration is appreciated. Kind regards Ms. R. Bredenkamp Sent from my Huawei phone Her response did not suite me well, as i feel that this Ms Mothwene is telling me the truth. I want my account to be audited and sent to me with the necessary documentation. This would set my mind at ease. Regards R. Bredenkamp

I have been trying to change my company's bank account on National Treasury's CSD for some time now still not getting anywhere. My account verification failed because the name that stated there was not agreeing to the one on the card. I opened a new account for other reasons and want to add it on CSD but the dropdown menus for Business Name(Which changed at CIPC) and the account number are greyed out.

I am writing this review for the 2nd time this year already. Based on my age I would like to say the current regime is worse than the past. Monies are being misused by the powers that be and as ordinary citizens we are left to fend for ourselves. No wonder there are so many money scandals committed by the big shots of this country. I have been asking the National Treasury if I could at least withdraw even if it's a quarter of my pension invested. Currently I am getting a very small living annuity per month. My circumstances are different to other people, we all have different situations and obligations in my case I am struggling to live on the small monthly annuity I receive. Due to my age I retired at the end of 2018 I had been with that company for 7 years only and prior to that I was unemployed. Why can't they look at individuals needs and circumstances instead of just creating rules that affect all of us. I have a house which is still mortgage, I have to pay rates and taxes, I have Burial policies that I am paying so that I am not reliant on the state to bury me or my family. A quarter of my living annuity will help me push my bond so that the installment decreases as well. Is it fair that we suffer like this when our monies are creating interests for the insurers? The worst part is that my Sassa grant is also less than the benchmark. In the past they told me it's less because I was getting UIF, my last UIF installment was in Feb/March, so is my Sassa grant still not on the top notch? We are struggling as South Africans and we have no where to go and yet those who are in power are having the best time of their lives at our expense. Rules are made to be amended and like I say it's not everyone that has a situation like mine therefore why are there no exceptions to the rules based on individual circumstances? Where does one go in a situation like this?
