Fitting aluminum windows and doors

Nathan September, works under the company NateCore Traders(pty). A real con artist who gave me a quote, got the money for the aforesaid job and after 4 months hasn't installed any windows. He cannot be trusted!!!!His work ethics sucks, he is highly unprofessional and refuses to answer calls.
