Time waisted

I arrived at the salon at 11:30 to was and plait my hair. I washed and waited for someone to plait my hair. At around 14:30 when someone was available, the hairdresser suggested that I do a different hairstyle because of time and they kept getting more customers coming in. I am disappointed and waisted my time waiting. They knew from the time I walked in what I needed to do and they agree to it. It was 14:30 and the salon closes at 17:00. I arrived at 11:30.
