No Delivery and No Money back

On 24/06/2014 we orderd a patio set R12539 incl of cushions, on 02/07/2014 we paid the deposit of R6500 and on 31/07/2014 we paid the rest in full R6039. They said it will take 6 weeks for delivery after 6 weeks I phoned the office (Erika) they said another 3 weeks. Then suddenly we received an email stating that the wood was stolen/wet. So then I started to ask my money back and everytime Erika said she will tell Stephan to refund us. Next moment we received an emial, after we send them a letter from an attorney, we have to choose either our money back or the set but we have to pay 30-35% more if we prefer the set. Then I reply to that mail as they asked by email and ask for my money back which they said they will only be paying back from March 2015. Why do I need to wait for my money they did not wait for any of their money. And on the same email they said that they are in business for 20 years now, Surely a bussiness of 20 years have enough money to pay us back our money.
