The process of sale ...
The process of sale was very quick and the regulations of a car for licensing was poor because I had to call the salesman over and over again to a point where he was now ignoring my calls and the permit was now expired meaning I was driving *******ly and if something had to happen insurance wouldn't pay anything after so many calls running after them they sorted out then the second thing was they removed the original mats and places some cheap ones when I enquire they say its company policy mind you it's a brand new car and the salesman promised to get them for us but until to date nothing

Racial profiling
Last week Friday, I went to NB cat sales in Potchefstroom in an attempt to purchase a car. When I got there apparently they said that "my ID is on a ******** database" . While I was trying to figure things out , as I was overcome with a lot of shock , before I knew it I forgot my ID in their store and they had already closed . Mind you I live in Pretoria. Now they don't want to give me my ID back , the guys name is Rameez , they were supposed to courier it since Monday buy they giving me the run around and lying . Those people are so rude , they are not even taking my calls . And I need to use that ID . I won't have time to do a new one.
