STAY AWAY
How I so wish I had read these reviews before I trusted these ******. I paid upfront, the promised it would take 3 months to clear the debt review. They have done nothing. The work that has been done I did myself. They never update, they never show progress, they only ever rep**** with excuses. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

They do not respond to emails
I've received multiple messages regarding overdue credit payment, but after sending multiple emails to various email addresses associated with the company over the past month to sort out the matter, I have yet to receive a response. However, they're apparently still efficient at sending threatening messages to me about needing to make a payment before they take further action, even though I currently have money in my account that is enough to cover the overdue payment but it's just not coming off as a debit order (the matter which I want to sort out). I currently live and work overseas so it's not easy for me to try phone them and I was hoping to communicate with them via email.. apparently that's not something they do.

Poor service
Their emails don’t go through their number doesn’t go through it seems like a **** of a company. Somebody better call me to discuss the matter at hand over two weeks 😕🤞utterly pathetic service 0739745003

Terrible service
I keep getting harassed by NDS Credit Management for an outstanding credit card facility. I have talked to them couple of times stating that I've never had an account with Nedbank in my life. Yet, the emails continue arriving in my inbox.

UNHAPPY CLIENT
I was informed by cell c that my account was hand over to NDS i called them just for them to inform me that my account is not with then an account i had 2016.I went to cell c they told me to go get an TCP report which i did and it showed that i didn't owe cell c anything.Today i went back to cell c and they informed me again that i should contact NDS but the number cell c gave me is not working and the number i received on they page

NDS POOR SERVICE
I have tried contacting NDS Credit Management. They do not respond on email. I've tried 2 different numbers to contact them. The number on their website does not exist. The number Nedbank gave me just keeps on ringing and goes over on voicemail, but the mailbox is full. The keep on sending me messages without any details - no bank details, no contact number even. How do they expect people to pay for handed over accounts if you can't even get hold of them to make arrangements or payment. This is highly unprofessional!!!!
