Scam alert. No a legit business

Need a car is a scam, be careful. They charge you to register on their website and decline every offer you make. I realised this after making several offers according to what 'the car owners want' and within the same province. Declines are all issued at same time despite offers having been made to different car owners. How can all owners time their response time to be the same. This site is simply to collect registration fees. Really disappointing.
