Worst service ever

I wanted to purchase a car and had to apply for finance for remainder of the amount. The CEO sent me an MDC application form. They wanted to ask me R7000 registration and licence fee and R5000 admin fee. The CEO said the licence fee is so much because I am applying for finance. I said that I will apply for finance myself and she told me that if I don't apply trough them I can go to another dealership. I will never buy a car from them and I will reporting them to the National Credit Regulator.
