Bad items and customer service
Terrible service I recently bought a blank and out the box it was jamming every shot and the slide would not hold back and the safety was not working they then took over 2 weeks to pick the gun up when I returned it and more than one week later still waiting for the payment to come thru

Excellent service
I bought a wifi camera at neon sales.There staff are knowledgeable of products they sell.&if the cant answer question they will go research and come back to answer query.They also delivered quickly.

Best experience I’ve had with any “security/defence” shop The staff are always friendly, they have their star employee Gareth at the front door, getting off his seat, going beyond the call of duty to ensure he delivers exactly what you need Sameer the man who works tirelessly behind the desk, ensures that he gets the best price he can for you, and if he doesn’t have stock, he actually will order up for you

bad quality kuzey blank guns
their kuzey 911 blank guns keeps breaking in the same way. after one breaking in less than a week they did sent a replacement this one lasted a bit longer but broke again in the same way decided to try and troubleshoot it myself going to throw it away,count my losses and try another brand/store

Timely delivery. Packaging was crumpled but the product itself arrived in good order. Enquiry regarding my order the previous day was handled promptly and friendly. All in all, a pleasant experience. Will recommend 👌🏻
