I bought a home phone with you guys and had problems in loading airtime as the gadget is not taking the vouchers. and is not even going through when you call . I reported this long time ago , it has been more than 6 months now , I called several times and would be told they do not see anything wrong with the line and that I should go and try it again , only to experience the same problems. what should a customer do to get proper assistance from you guys? why would you sell to clients if you are lazy to assist when there are problems? can this be solved urgently or be returned back if you cant take responsibility in this please.

I cancelled my Neotel wifi after almost 3 years. All my payments were up to date with nothing overdue. They called me to say that they will send someone to come and collect the antenna and router etc. The driver called me and arranged to meet me at my house at 11:30am to collect their equipment. After waiting the entire day the driver had still not arrived by 16:30pm. He eventually phoned me and said he is running late and is still on he's way, by that time I had unfortunately left my house as I had plans for that evening(17:00pm). The driver then said he will come and collect the next day, which also he didn't do. They have never tried to call me again, or email me with regards to fetching their equipment since then(6 months plus) . I have tried calling and getting hold of them and but there has been no luck with this. I have now received an email from NuDebt to say that Neotel have handed over my account for collection for the amount of R2 000 as I did not honor my appointment with the driver who was meant to come and collect. I told them the exact story of the incident of which they say I have no option but to pay because Neotel has now closed down and are not collecting this equipment any longer. I find this EXTREMELY unethical from Neotel/Liquid Telecoms to do this to old loyal customers and how can I be held responsible for them not coming to collect their old equipment? The equipment is still here waiting to be collected. Absolutely disgusting!

nEOTEL AIRTIME HAS BEEN TAKEN OFF ALL RETAILERS INCLUDING SUPERMARKETS AND WE SIT WITH PHONES THAT WE CAN USE AS THEY CUT US OFF FOR NON RECHARGING WITH VOUCHERS WHICH WE CANNOT GET ANYWHERE?>wHERE DO WE GET THOSE VOUCHERS OR HAS THE COMPANY CLOSED DOWN?

I cancelled my contract in September 2018, so one year ago already. They sent me an invoice which I queried and waited almost 6 months to get any answer from them. I want to settle the outstanding amount and have been asking for a final invoice and banking details for a month now, to no avail. I find that they are one of the companies that has the worst service, that is why I cancelled my contract with them in the first place.

I spoke to Hanno at Digico Telecoms who confirmed that the request for my Neotel number to be ported over was sent on 30 July 2019 - Until now nothing and now I hear that Neotel has 2 people working for them porting numbers over, but they are in a backlog of 2000 numbers and they have 85 000 customers - WHAT THE HELL ? SERIOUSLY 2 PEOPLE TO PORT 85 000 NUMBERS. How can a company close their doors/service without completing the porting of their customers numbers or assisting them ? This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!!

I have been battling for months now with porting my number from Neotel but with no success. I get no reply from neotel or liquid telecom are not assisting. How can you run a service like this even call center has no clue how to do it.

I have been trying for months to have a number ported from Neotel without success, Impossible to get them to answer the phone and impossible to get them to response to emails or request. No hope for neotel
