best company in electronic service
one of the best companies i ever dealt with. They kept in contact with me at all times. Assisted me when i was completely unsure of what i need for my machines. they did all the research and got me the right stuff. Absolutely brilliant service and customer care. Never had to send a product back to date. Delivery is done so fast you would think they live in your area. I highly recommend this company for all your needs.

one of the best companies i ever dealt with. They kept in contact with me at all times. Assisted me when i was completely unsure of what i need for my machines. they did all the research and got me the right stuff. Absolutely brilliant service and customer care. Never had to send a product back to date. Delivery is done so fast you would think they live in your area. I highly recommend this company for all your needs.

Best Service Ever
I was wrong and I man enough to say I was wrong I did give Neotronics SA a bad review . But what Marvin did me for was unthinkable never thought that there is still companies in this country that has any pride left in them . Marvin I will always be grateful for what you did for me . I can say with pride that this is a company that stands out above all other companies and will have my support always . Sharpen Your Pencil
I bought I machine from Neotronics SA in July when I bought the machine I laid down my specifics on the machine. What I got is not what I expected. I personally feel that the have no knowledge of the product that they are selling and are not totally honest with there customers and that they are selling a product to you just for the sake of selling a product. I have spend a lot of money with them for a machine that I cannot use and now have to pay someone to get it for me sorted , the assembly manual is worthless and means nothing. Neotronics SA sharpen your pencil pls .

Great Support from Team - Neotronics SA
Awesome Service from Natasha, and Team! I had an issue with my CNC spindle motor and was given assistance from start to finish! took us over a week to fix but again great service! I will recommend this company to anyone who is looking for electronic parts or CNC parts, there prices are relatively cheap compared to other suppliers we usually use. We made a few purchases from Neotronics on bidorbuy and directly with them and they reached all our expectations! we need more companies like this! Regards, Heinrich

Great Support from Team - Neotronics SA

Neotronics SA is certainly one of the best online electronics stores I have purhased from, I purchased few CNC Motors and some arduino components from them and needed help with wiring and support. It is now two months after purchase and I still get calls to ask If all is in order and follow ups If I am happy with items. This is certainly great service and a happy customer!!
