Please i am calling and complaining about your service with supersonic why did you pass us to them sins you did that we have problems come on people every time there is something wrong they say nepic must sort so please sort we are paying for no service

Nepic or Supersonic as I believe they are now called, are not worthy of a one Star rating. Have given up even reporting their appalling internet service. At the moment download speed is 0.2 MB per second.

Wifi works 1 day in a week and then the rest of the week NO wifi. They don’t call back. I would not recommend nepic!

Since 2 October I have been trying to sort out an issue with my WiFi #Supersonic could not to date sort issue out and now states the issue lays with #FrogfootFibre ... yet it is now going in for 10 days and blame is being shifted between them as well as #Nepic ... I just need to work I have done #hellopeter reviews- 100s of phone calls and even tried Managers... no luck!

Since 2 October I have been trying to sort out an issue with my WiFi #Supersonic could not to date sort issue out and now states the issue lays with #FrogfootFibre ... yet it is now going in for 10 days and blame is being shifted between them as well as #Nepic ... I have been with nepic for 5 years and no problems until they recently went in partnership with supersonic, my WiFi has been off for two days now and the numbers for nepic is out of service and no response on my emails for support, supersonic can’t even give me a reason why I’m off and what’s wrong I have called out 200 in airtime and 2gb data just to keep sending mail to any one of them for answers. They take our money and no internet. Worst ever supersonic are not educated enough to even tell you what’s wrong and nepic ***n disappeared

I have been with nepic for 5 years and no problems until they recently went in partnership with supersonic, my WiFi has been off for two days now and the numbers for nepic is out of service and no response on my emails for support, supersonic can’t even give me a reason why I’m off and what’s wrong I have called out 200 in airtime and 2gb data just to keep sending mail to any one of them for answers. They take our money and no internet. Worst ever supersonic are not educated enough to even tell you what’s wrong and nepic ***n disappeared

TT Connect and Nepic's dispute has left their customer's without internet for more than a week now with still no resolution in sight. As a customer I have been following up every day - with promises of feedback and never getting any feedback. TT Connect has to wait for confirmation from Nepic/ ISwitch who has gone bust, to cancel me as the end customer - who by the way still has to pay my account at the end of the month even though I had no wifi for half of the month. Just crazy that in a time where connectivity is so important you can deal with two companies who forgot why they are here in the first place.
