Terrible service from Net Age to clients!
I worked for a company that outsourced its digital advertising to Netage. I worked in digital advertising as well and requested that the current account manager (Quinton) not run traffic ads to the home page but to product-specific pages. He simply said he is not running ads to the home page and ignored my request. I again asked him to remove the home page ads and he got more upset stating his not running ads to the home page. This escalated to his director (Gordon) contacting me and my supervisor and again they both stated that there are no ads running to the home page AND that Quinton has 10 years of experience and I am a JUNIOR with 3 years of experience and cannot show him anything new. After belittling me, the next day Quinton admitted via email that there is in fact an ad running traffic to the home page and he sees NOTHING wrong with it. Not a single apology for denying it and belittling me. And Quinton was the one that stated to us that the home page was not responsive on mobile and we needed to work on fixing it as most of our clients land on the website through mobile, yet he saw nothing wrong with running ads to the home page. Terrible service to clients from Net Age!
