We originally took a 20 meg line with Net Direct, where the connectivity was off and on. We upgraded to a 50 meg line, for R4 000 per month, we spent R15 000 on the hardware, and we have never been able to receive 50 megs. Despite on going discussions and attempts, the response is most unsatisfactory from Net Direct. They will not fix the problem and they have told us to put up with it or find a new service provider. For R 4000 per month you expect far better service. Most disappointing.
