Worst Internet Service Ever – Net15 is a Joke

Net15 is by far the most useless internet company I’ve ever dealt with. We’ve been without internet for 5 DAYS, and their so-called “support” is absolutely pathetic. Their head office is completely *********** — no urgency, no accountability, and no real solutions.

Brian, who is supposedly responsible for this area, is never available and clearly doesn’t care. If this is how Net15 treats paying customers, then they don’t deserve to be in business.

This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and clearly incapable of delivering the basic service they promise. Avoid Net15 at all costs unless you enjoy being ignored, frustrated, and **********.
