I would like to warn everyone against moving to Netcare Gap cover. Their administration is an absolute nightmare. I confirmed my policy early December and effectively cancelled my previous policy to move to Netcare which was a more affordable premium. I then receive an email stating my policy is cancelled immediately, this was 4 days into the new month. They provided no reason and no feedback. I waited on their call centre which took 30 mins and the call cut 4 times due to very inefficient voice prompt options. Thereafter I was told I was cancelled due to non-payment however my premium is only due on the 25th of January. The consultant was really unhelpful. I cannot imagine the stress and a claim stage.
