Service was excellent but administration went wrong

Attended the Hospital in May and the service was excellent, There was a prime that had to pay and paid with my account, For somehow reason it was never updated by admin, Sent an e-mail, handed a proof of hardcopy payment to the building, but for a surprise was handed over to attorneys. Confused because have to do a re-print and send to their attorney but additionally required a receipt which was not granted.
