At the beginning of 2025, B3 Funerals formally terminated its underwriting relationship with Clientele. Following this change, I was requested to elect whether I wished to remain with Clientele as my underwriter or transition to RMA. I expressly chose to move to RMA, thereby ending any contractual relationship with Clientele. I subsequently received my policy schedule from RMA and continued paying my B3 premiums via Payat. At no point did I authorise Clientele to retain or initiate any debit order against my bank account. Despite this, Clientele—via Netcash—has been processing monthly debit orders without my knowledge, consent, or signature. Since September 2025, Clientele and Netcash have ********ly and without mandate accessed my bank account and withdrawn funds to which they have no contractual or legal entitlement. This has resulted in me being double-billed for the same policy for three consecutive months by both B3/RMA and Clientele/Netcash. My position has been unequivocal from the outset of the year: I did not and do not consent to continuing with Clientele as my underwriter. Accordingly, I hereby demand the following: 1. The immediate reversal of all unauthorised debit orders processed by Clientele and/or Netcash. 2. The removal of my banking details from all Clientele and Netcash systems. 3. The immediate cessation of all further debit attempts, whether manual, automated, or via third-party processors. Failure to comply will leave me with no option but to escalate this matter to the relevant regulatory bodies, including but not limited to the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA), the Ombudsman for Long-term Insurance, and my banking institution’s ***** department.

I have been struggling for 8 months to get NETCASH to successfully debit my account for my contract with Cybersmart. Despite sending bank confirmation of banking details and completing a new debit form they are still unable to do this. Meanwhile Cybersmart keep suspending my website. Avoid companies that use NETCASH if you want to preserve your sanity!

I have been struggling for 8 months to get NETCASH to successfully debit my account for my contract with Cybersmart. Despite sending bank confirmation of banking details and completing a new debit form they are still unable to do this. Meanwhile Cybersmart keep suspending my website. Avoid companies that use NETCASH if you want to preserve your sanity!

This is very frustrating that the service provider that is supposed to be assisting is not rendering an appalling service. I have send more than 6 email and still not been assisted. the 0861338338 number is offline and when they've decided to answer your been transferred to 3 departments and they just drop your call without any explanation. I have paid my hard earned money for the electricity and this bad company does not want to resolve my money. Proof of payment is been received by Protea Metering not sure what's so hard to service customer. I need this resolved in the next 12 hours.

They are making debits from my account that I have never authorised, they have been doing it since last year September the 25th. The amount they have debiting is R1280,05.

Netcash Shop: Free eCommerce shop platform.after going through the whole process of registering a store etc, these guys popped up in my email. and a conversation ensued. When I advised them I am an artist and not a registered business this is the response I got "Good day, Karen My apologies. i was not aware that you are an artist. That is amazing!!! Having heard this, I too do not think that the Netcash Shop will work for you. I hope you have a lovely day and weekend." Unsigned, all previous correspondence was signed. Word of advice to all entrepreneurs, homebased, you are not welcome to open a store with these people and you will receive a condescending response as I did. Stick with your Etsy, Shopify, Amazon stores, local isnt always lekka.
