Most pathetic service. I place an order for a gift and flowers to be delivered to my wife on her birthday. They deliver the flowers but not the gift. All sort of excuses are given, expensive items are delivered separately, the item only arrived from Jo'burg this morning etc. Why is this my problem. They ruined the occasion. Please do not do business with such pathetic losers.

Bought a bracelet on 10 December 2019, after it was delivered on 11 December 2019, I gave it to the recipient who tried it on and immediately took it off and stated that she did not like it, after which she put it back in the original packaging. On the same day, 11 December 2019, I sent an email asking about the process for a refund and giving them the exact facts as aforementioned. I received a reply a few minutes ago providing me with the terms and conditions stating that “items may only be refunded within 7 days after receipt thereof, if it has not been worn, resized or adjusted and if it is in its original packaging” after which they stating that they are therefore unable to refund me. I can only presume that they are so misguided that they consider a person trying on a bracelet to see it it even fits around their arm as “being worn”, since none of the other terms seem relevant. if the girl tried the bracelet on and it did not fit, I presume it would also be considered “worn” and a refund will be rejected. I do not know who their advisor is, but practices as crooked as this is why people have been warning me against netflorist and netjewel. Apart from the product looking NOTHING like advertised and resembling more a children’s bracelet of poor quality with the package being shoved into a box too small for it, their attempts at conning consumers will not be tolerated. If anything, I hope this serves as a big warning to other potential shoppers against their “service” and poor quality products!!!!

I ordered on the 5th of Jan a few items from netjewel my order number ********** 70 one being a birthday present for my best friend from her boyfriend I helped him pick a pinky promise Pandora charm among other jewels , the promise date was to be delivered on the 10th and that was 100% because her birthday was the 11th. the next day netjewel emailed me that one of my products will only be ready the 13th but luckily not her birthday present I phoned and told them that fine , so come yesterday the 10th my charms was delivered and instead of a heart pinky promise charm I received some round looking blue and pink stone charm , I phoned them no problem I must just send a picture of the product I received NB this was yesterday morning at 8am by 2pm I sent an email again asking any news?? no reply so I sent the lady that first emailed me telling me my other product will be ready on thursday AGAIN STILL NO REPLY so now its my best friends birthday her boyfriend is furious with me suggesting to order from net jewel he has no present for her and no one is getting back to me maybe they should concentrate more on customer service than the advert they keep on playing on the radio that they are the go to place to order for special occasions next time I will no count on them if it comes to my friends and family special occasions

I placed an order on NetJewel yesterday to have a necklace delivered to my wife for Valentines Day. I asked for it to be delivered on 13 Feb 2018 (today) cause it was due to be delivered with a free box of Lindt chocolates. However, for some unknown reason, the NetFlorist delivery person arrived at my wife (who knew nothing about the delivery) and informed her that the order had been cancelled. EXCUSE ME??? A) I never cancelled my order. B) WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD YOU ARRIVE AT A DELIVERY ADDRESS TO INFORM SOMEONE THAT THE ORDER HAD BEEN CANCELLED???? Now, not only did my wife not receive the surprise gift for Valentines Day, but she thought I had cancelled her gift. Thank you NetFlorist for being absolutely pathetic! So I now tried to get hold of you guys telephonically, only to waste 7minutes holding the line with no answer. Wow! How many people have you upset this Valentines Day with similar issues?

I ordered online and was given a date for delivery - I waited for the delivery and then suddenly I was told that the supplier can no longer supply my product. I requested an alternative product and waited and waited for feedback: if the supplier can supply the "new" product. I received no response and then later on I requested my money back. I am being ignored!! This was suppose to be a birthday gift the birthday is long gone and I am still without gift / money.

<p>I ordered a ring on NetJewel on the 12th of July for delivery on the 19th. On the 21st of July I received the wrong item. It took 3 calls to NetJewel before they even started investigating where my ring had gone. After many further phonecalls (and a bunch of flowers to apologise - to their credit) I was promised that my ring would be collected from the incorrect recipient and delivered to me on Friday. (29 July). After receiving nothing and phoning them on 1 August, I was told by the call center that the ring was still at their hub and no arrangement was ever made for it to be dispatched to me by the consultant (who also now conveniently happens to be on leave). I was also told that there was no supervisor /manager available to speak to me. Again i have been promised that it willl be delivered tomorrow. It has taken me 2 weeks of phonecalls and patience and complaints and i am still no nearer to having the goods i paid for. I will NEVER make the mistake of using NetJewel again and i advise you to do the same - for your own sanity.</p>

I purchased a ring from net jewel. I asked for a specific size, and the one that was delivered to me was FOUR sizes too small (a reputable jeweler confirmed this). No One wants to take responsibility, and they want ME to pay for it to get resized to the size that i ordered??? and I am STILL awaiting feedback..... SHOCKING SERVICE, THEIR JEWELERS MUST BE BLIND..... THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!! USELESS!!!!

I purchased a ring from net jewel. I asked for a specific size, and the one that was delivered to me was FOUR sizes too small (a reputable jeweler confirmed this). No One wants to take responsibility, and they want ME to pay for it to get resized to the size that i ordered??? and I am STILL awaiting feedback..... SHOCKING SERVICE, THEIR JEWELERS MUST BE BLIND..... THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!! USELESS!!!!

Ordered a bracelet online on Wednesday 02/12/2015- after researching and calling different companies NETJEWEL offered me the best price online.<br> <br> This morning 04/12/2015 a courier delivered my gift. Beautifully wrapped in a little black gift bag and a hand written card attached with a pretty blue bow.<br> <br> Initially I thought this was too good to be true - and now I know - there is still 1 company who go the extra mile! I must say it was a leap of faith as I tried calling the call centre and nobody answered (my only complaint).<br> <br> The gift is exactly as I thought it was going to look like PLUS wrapped which I didn't expect. <br> <br> I will definitely make use of NETFLORIST / NETJEWEL's services again.
