Netramtechnologies failure

I purchased the Anycubic vyper 3d printer,my initial purchase was great, they were quick and friendly, a few months later my filament sensor went faulty, i reported it, they shipped the broken part to cape town and said they getting new part, its been over 6months and no reply to my e-mails, i am dissapointed
