Nettpro NO WARRANTY OR SERVICE
After sales service non existent and empty promises! My poles showed signs of rust after only 4 months. They have not repaired, promised to do so to no avail. Dont touch them!!

Good company to deal with
My experience revealed they're a great company with whom to do business - I would recommend them. It's been a pleasure from the initial interaction to the quote, through the deposit to both parts of the install (pole sinking) and shadeport canopy fitment. I must admit that I was cautious given the 2 poor reviews, but glad that did not stop me.

Good company to deal with
My experience revealed they're a great company with whom to do business - I would recommend them. It's been a pleasure from the initial interaction to the quote, through the deposit to both parts of the install (pole sinking) and shadeport canopy fitment. Nettpro Shadeports Are ****mers!!!
I DECLEAR!!!! Warning: Do Not Use Nettpro Shadeports I strongly advise against using Nettpro Shadeports. My experience with them has been extremely disappointing. After making a payment of R8,500, they placed poles at my property in Rabie Ridge and have since failed to complete the carport installation. It has now been over six months with no progress. Despite numerous follow-ups, I’ve only received excuses and broken promises. They stop responding once payment is made. I am now in the process of opening a formal case against the company and intend to escalate the matter publicly, including seeking exposure on national television. Please be cautious and avoid using their services.

Took the Money and Ran
The owner pressured my elderly, ill parents into paying a R9,000 deposit, claiming that prices would increase if they didn’t act fast. After some thought, they decided not to proceed and requested a refund. The owner promised multiple times to return the money, but months have passed, and he has not refunded a cent. Instead, he has repeatedly given excuses, claimed he would make payments that never happened, ignored phone calls, and refused to take responsibility. It is clear that he has no intention of refunding the money and is simply stringing them along. This is not an honest business. If you are considering using nettpro shadeports, think twice before handing over any money - you may never see it again.

Nettpro Shadeports not good quality - and not good service
We had the 6mx6m shade put up at our house. After 2 days the whole mounted brackets came loose out off the wall. It took him a few days and he came to fix it. Great all good. Last year November 2024 I called him again the mounted brackets is loose again, please can he come and fix it, and what made it even worse is the weather it was so windy and raining, i said to hime the carport is loose again, he needs to fix it before the carport falls on the cars causing more damage, we have 2 year guarantee on workmanship on the work he has done. To date he has still not fixed it. My husband had to spend money to fix it and he struggled to get the shade over the pole again. I informed him that we fixed it ourselves and that he has to give us our money back seeing that he promised to come and fix it. Yes he rep**** he will give our money back. To date we have not received our money back. So please people don't use Nettpro Shadeports their work is not good at all. If he has to fix it he doesn't even bother to come.
