Neuberg Global Labs

This lab is absolutely terrible, I had an awful experience with them and will not advise anyone to use them. I have conducted a maternity blood test with them and paid cash for the test as the receptionist told me I can claim for the payment as my medical aid was unavailable to confirm at that time if the test was covered, The medical aid has paid them for the service at their agreed rate, however they have not called me to pay my portion back, I feel they are a bunch of rogues.
